I have only been using it for a couple of nights so a bit too early to comment on the difference it has made but to do a review in a few weeks would be better. It also has the most amazing scent which helps me to drop off to sleep as I smell it. Thank you. PS: I also purchased one for my sister who I know will appreciate it as as a treat she probably wouldn’t buy herself.
