The Decleor toner balances, tightens pores and removes any impurities which are left on the skin after cleansing. Skin is left with a light sparkling fragrance, refreshed and perfectly prepped for the application of your moisturiser. The Decleor toner is paraben-free.

How to use
Use after cleansing, apply onto a dry cotton pad and wipe all over face and neck. Follow with day or night moisturiser.
