This was the first time I used this company. I placed my order having found this product on sale much cheaper than anywhere else. It was a leap of faith purchase…I like to stick to companies I know and have used for years. Having placed the order, someone telephoned me from the company within about 20 minutes, very apologetic explaining they had just sold the last stock of the product I had ordered. My heart sank…I thought this was going to be a costly mistake…I was offered an alternative which was something I had tried and did not like. The person said they had put in an order with Decleor and I said I would wait. As it was the product having been ordered on 29/12/20, arrived on 5 January 2021 with free samples. I sent an email to the company with my thanks. These are difficult times for all of us and getting through this will involve lots of leaps of faith…I am so happy I took the risk. Support companies like Femi…they literally need that support to survive.
